How long will it take for my gift to ship?
Gifts typically ship within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation for processing of your order. If you choose express shipping, your gift will be shipped as soon as possible.
Shipping & Delivery
All gift boxes are shipped (Australia wide only) using standard delivery from Melbourne via Australia Post.
Express shipping is available at an additional cost of $5.00 per box.

Delivery time estimate to Interstate areas:*
- Express Post: 1 business day
- Regular Post: 3 business days
Delivery time estimate to Regional areas:*
- Express Post: 2-3 Business days
- Regular Post: 3-6 business days
Please keep in mind that these are rough estimates, and that Australia Post does not guarantee delivery dates. If you need a gift to arrive on a specific day, I recommend using Australia Post Express.

Returns & Exchanges
I take great care to ensure your gift arrives to you looking great. If your gift arrives in not so great shape, or you have any suggestions for how I can serve you better, let me know! Refunds and exchanges are only accepted if an item is damaged.
If an item is damaged, please email me at info@arterytherapeuticarts.com as soon as you receive the item and notice the fault. Please include photos of the damaged goods. Only the original purchaser of the product, purchased directly from www.arterytherapeutiarts.com is eligible for an exchange or replacement of a faulty item.
What’s the difference between each gift set?
Each gift set has a different theme, designed for a different kind of relationship - whether it be a friend, family member, colleague, teacher, caregiver, client, partner or parent.
The conversation prompts will differ from set to set as they are made to suit the theme, such as something more intimate for the Date Night set or something light and fun for the Party set.
The tea blends will also vary from one theme to the other, with flavours and aromas to suit the different occasions.
Can I include a gift message?
Absolutely! Just choose ‘Yes’ under the ‘Is this order a gift?’ option when you check out, and write your message. Your message will be handwritten onto a gift card and sent with your box.
What are the options for gift boxes?
All gift sets are packaged in the standard, custom designed mailer box with the Artery Therapeutic Arts logo. All boxes are safe for direct postage in the mail.
Can I send boxes to different addresses in one order?
Unfortunately that option is unavailable. I recommend you order each box separately with its corresponding shipping address. This avoids any mix-ups if you order multiple boxes, and at no extra cost!
How large are your boxes?
The mailer box size is 23cm x 16cm x 8cm and weighs approximately 0.4 Kg.
What do I do with your box if I empty it?
The mailer box is designed using sturdy material that would be great for storing any other items that need a safe home! If you don’t need it you can give it to someone else who might, or you can recycle it.
