Things reveal themselves differently, when you approach them differently.

My role as an Art Therapist is to

Create a space where we both feel safe to share and question.
Provide a range of creative materials and an invitation to explore and play.
Bring you back to the moment and facilitate your curiosity.
Be your companion as you create, get stuck, slow down, stop and move on.
Witness your choices and your physical and emotional responses.
Offer observations of what emerges.
Collaborate with you in realising alternative ways of being.

Here’s how I can help:

‘My wife and I enjoyed sharing the workshop together, sharing the moment and memories together and being able to enjoy another activity together and talk about it. It was a very fun but deep joint activity and journey. Afterwards, we got to talk about how we made our choices and why. Our "art" is sitting on display in our living room.’
